Our consulting missions often result in a support contract, at the request of businesses who convey their satisfaction with the partnership with Féfaur in this way.

Our support contracts enable all your stakeholders to take over your Digital Learning strategy and see all aspects of it through to a successful conclusion.

Each support mission comes with a clear purpose that is shared, an action plan, a schedule and resources, as well as a leader chosen among the parties involved.  The leaders regularly take stock of progress within the framework of a meeting led by Féfaur.

We intervene within short time limits.

  • Support within the context of an LMS invitation to tender: specifications, analysis grid, choice file...;
  • Definition and implementation of Digital Learning budgetary follow-up;
  • Support for a content invitation to tender: expression of needs, various documents, bench-marking of tenders;
  • Support with internal or external recruitment of Digital Learning project Head, job sheets;

Every intervention is concluded by a written document that will be entered into your documentation software.
