The Fēfaur Workshops

The Fēfaur Workshops enable all your stakeholders to fully grasp and successfully implement all the aspects of your eLearning strategy.

Each workshop has an explicit shared objective, an action plan, a schedule and specific resources together with a workshop leader chosen from among the stakeholders. The leaders review progress regularly in meetings hosted by Fēfaur.

Examples of workshops from recent missions:

• Creation of a third-party off-the-shelf content catalogue ;
• Implementing the production model for custom eLearning content ;
• LMS and tools project ;
• Internal change management ;
• Definition and implementation of eLearning budget monitoring.

Fēfaur Time Credit

Our consultancy activities often result in a medium-term support contract at the request of our customers, demonstrating their satisfaction with the partnership with Fēfaur.

The "Fēfaur Time Credit" contract guarantees our quick-response support in response to all requests within our field of expertise, such as:

• Assistance with a call for content or Serious Game tenders : statement of needs, various documents, tender benchmarking ;
• Assistance with the internal or external recruitment of an eLearning project manager, preparing job descriptions ;
• Educational design of a custom content project: synopsis analysis, story-board, models, etc.
• Training eLearning teams ;
• Expert analysis in a dispute relating to an LMS platform or custom content project ;
• Seeking information, solutions or suppliers in response to a specific request ;
• Coaching the Training Manager (convincing senior management, evaluating budgets etc.)

All work is completed with a written document to add to your document database.
